If you are a cycling enthusiast and you like more adrenaline-fueled single-track descents, we recommend a mountain bike trip. From the Stador pasture, follow the wide macadam path towards the Razor pasture. The path is quite flat but slightly ascends in some parts.
Biking takes about an hour; just enough for a refreshment on the Razor pasture. You can try their “štrukelj” filled with locally produced cottage cheese.
Continue towards Tolminske Ravne. You have to make sure to follow the correct path, which runs on the left side of the stables. When you arrive in Tolminske Ravne, continue along the asphalt road. Following the signs for Tolmin, you can continue along slightly more demanding single tracks and end your trip at the Devil's Bridge with a view of the Tolmin Gorge, which is one of the main tourist attractions of the Tolmin Basin.
After the descent, we recommend a stop (for a beer :)) in the outdoor bar in Sotočje and cooling off in the Soča river.
DURATION: 5 hours
DIFFICULTY: somewhat demanding, mandatory mountain biking gear including helmet and biking pads
